Transatlantic Mail is a fan project celebrating the 20th anniversary of both Death Cab For Cutie's Transatlanticism and The Postal Service's Give Up by creating multi-artist tributes to both albums.

Eleven artists got together and selected a song from each album to cover, resulting in a variety of genres and styles within each tribute. As a bonus for the listener (and not just because Give Up has 10 tracks and Transatlanticism has 11) we've also included Dntel's (This Is) The Dream of Evan and Chan, the song which led to the birth of the Postal Service as a project.
